This impressive valuation now places BNB ahead of traditional giants such as UBS, Dell, Starbucks, and many others. A significant breakthrough despite Binance’s numerous legal and regulatory challenges

Despite its market successes, Binance faces significant legal challenges. Recently, the company has been involved in disputes with Nigerian authorities, leading to the detention of some of its local executives. Binance is currently fighting for their release, but efforts so far seem to be unsuccessful.

At the end of last year, Binance had to settle with the United States Department of Justice, agreeing to pay a $4.3 billion fine to resolve allegations of failures in anti-money laundering regulations, without admitting guilt. This settlement also led to a significant change in the company’s leadership: Changpeng Zhao, the founder and then CEO of Binance, had to resign and was sentenced to several months in prison in the United States.
