In this article, I will describe the event and explain the seminars & discussions pertaining to the market regulation of crypto.

Paris NFT Day on April 12

Chain Of Events, the organizers of professionals specializing in blockchain, wanted to devote a day to NFTs: the Paris NFT Day! NFT fans and fans of NFT-related technologies will be able to meet at the Palais Brongniart on April 12, 2022 to discuss the subject. During Paris NFT day, you will find:

All of the blockchain’s permutations – April 13 & 14

Then on April 13 & 14 it’s time for the Paris Blockchain Week Summit! We have a unique benefit for our readers – an exclusive 20% reduction on their tickets until Wednesday April 6th at midnight! The scale of this event is impressive, let’s look at the figures announced by the organization… There will be nearly 3,000 blockchain professionals, 250 speakers, 100 sponsors and 100 media partners on April 13 & 14, 2022.

In addition, the program for these two days promises to be colorful for lovers of disruptive technologies. The event will focus on 4 main issues – companies and the blockchain; decentralized finance; the blockchain technological revolution and the close relationship between blockchain and regulation.

Above all, the Paris Blockchain Week Summit is an opportunity for blockchain professionals to meet, discuss common issues, and talk about the development of their projects. There are also many planned conferences  throughout these two days at the Palais Brongniart dedicated to helping you learn more about this ecosystem.

The next part of this article will detail the conferences and seminars that you can attend; many of these seminars will address the regulation of this vast ecosystem.

Market regulation will be explained at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit

The PBWS show will be full of blockchain professionals – the people concerned by these regulatory issues. The blockchain world is developing very rapidly. To limit fraudulent practices and guarantee a healthy development of the market, regulation is inevitable. That being said, policy makers need to carefully weigh the pros and cons so as to not harm crypto entrepreneurs.

Regulators will be present to share their experience and explain the objectives of this regulation in the medium and long term. A wide range of topics will be discussed, such as the place that the blockchain can take in the protection of privacy and the notion of a properly implemented central bank digital currency (CBDC).

.

First, the conference “Financial Markets and Web3: Collaborations between incumbent operators and cryptocurrency native financial institutions” will provide an introduction for newcomers to the crypto markets. A collaboration between crypto pioneers and beginners appears to be the best option to create an optimized DeFi ecosystem.

Then you can learn how practitioners in the privacy field can use the blockchain to serve its own intended use case in the conference “Blockchain – How to use this technology for privacy?” You will also discover the essential changes necessary for the expansion of Web3. Web3 is the concept of the new internet which advocates for data controlled by its users. Quality speakers and innovators like Ilya (Crystal Blockchain), Bastien Ebalard (XSL Labs), Harry Halpin & Nym and Clayton Menzel (Figment) will answer your questions.

Regulation and cryptocurrencies – are they really enemies?

Finally, a huge piece in the puzzle related to regulations will be discussed in the seminar “Regulation of cryptocurrencies ”. In the seminar answers to questions like: which direction will be taken and how can crypto entrepreneurs succeed in reconciling regulation will be answered. Robert Spicer (Scorechain), Simon Douyer (SheeldMarket), Biba Homsy (Homsy Legal) and Rupertus Rothenhauser (Bitmex) will discuss the answers to these questions. You will find the complete list of speakers on the official website of the event.

On April 12, 13 and 14, some of the biggest blockchain players are coming to the Palais Brongniart in Paris. Come and discover the latest news regarding the blockchain ecosystem and more than 3,000 of its main players. Seats are available for sale on the event website, where you will also find more information about the show. We hope to see many of you there!
