Charles Hoskinson talks about Sidechains projects and the implementation of rollups on Cardano

Cardano is booming, and apparently intends to keep the momentum going. Cardano CEO Charles Hoskinson recently spoke of Sidechain’s plans for the network. This came shortly after a Twitter user remarked.

Indeed, the latter pointed out that the blockchain CEO had mentioned a rollup strategy twice this year in Youtube videos. Wanting to know more, he asked him what specific project he was referring to. In response, Hoskinson revealed that Cardano was working on sidechain projects requiring rollups.

However, implementation is on a very aggressive schedule, according to his statements. As a result, Midnight will be the first user. As a reminder, Midnight is a privacy blockchain that operates as a Cardano sidechain.

When ADA beats the odds

Cardano (ADA) hasn’t always been the preferred platform for investors. Dubbed Ghost Chain in 2021 due to a lack of activity, the network is gradually regaining its place in the spotlight. Between the explosion in the price of its native ADA token and its massive adoption, blockchain is now tending to become an icon in the field.
