In 2025, Ethereum (ETH) could see a meteoric rise to $12,000 due to two key factors: the Trump administration’s pro-crypto stance and the Pectra upgrade. Indeed,
the Trump administration could create a regulatory environment conducive to the growth of Ethereum and attract more institutional investors into ETH.
Next, the Pectra upgrade for Ethereum, scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, is another crucial element. This upgrade aims to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Ethereum network, which could strengthen its position in the crypto market. Furthermore, Pectra will need to be accompanied by broader adoption of real-world assets (RWA), along with a significant increase in flows into ETFs, for a true explosion of ETH.
