According to The Block, the crypto community expects the Securities and Exchange Commission to green-light ARK Investment’s and Cathie Wood’s 21Shares spot Bitcoin ETFs by Tuesday or Wednesday.

In fact, Wednesday is the deadline, January 10, the date analysts have been reiterating for several weeks already.

However, some of them acknowledge the great authority of Gary Gensler and his team. And this, unfortunately, allows for a further postponement of the deadline.

In other words, the SEC has always been adept at maintaining suspense regarding the Bitcoin Spot ETFs. And might continue to do so in the future.

“We do not comment on individual filings. In general, if the Commission declares that a registration statement is effective, it is reflected in EDGAR. Any Commission 19b-4 order will be displayed on our website and subsequently published in the Federal Register,” says an SEC spokesperson.
