Cointelegraph reports in a recent publication that John Roberts, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, has ruled on Artificial Intelligence in his end-of-year report. He particularly predicted that AI will have a “significant” impact on legal work.

“As the year 2023 comes to an end with thrilling predictions about the future of artificial intelligence, some may ask if judges are on the verge of becoming obsolete. I am certain that is not the case, but I am just as convinced that technological changes will continue to transform our work,” reads in his statement.

For J. Roberts, under no circumstances can these innovations replace human beings in decision-making: judges “would be around for some time,” he estimates.
